2. Use of the website
- The content of this website is for general information about our services. It is not an offer in the legal sense; a binding agreement arises only through a separate written offer or contract.
- You may not use the website in a way that disrupts its operation, attempts unauthorised access, or scrapes content for commercial reuse.
- All texts, designs, illustrations, videos and the Magma Reactive brand are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this website; the brick-style illustrations are our own creative concept.
3. Services and offers
Scope, price, timeline and deliverables of any project are defined in an individual offer or contract. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the following applies: we work to professional standards; the client provides required access, content and approvals in time; third-party platforms (Shopify, Google, Meta, Amazon, marketplaces) are governed by their own terms, and we cannot guarantee their availability, policies or advertising results.
4. Google / YouTube integration
- The integration ("magma-youtube") is operated by Magma Reactive for managing YouTube channels we own or that a channel owner has explicitly authorised us to manage.
- Channel owners who authorise the integration confirm that they are entitled to grant that access and remain responsible for the content published on their channel and for compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, the integration can no longer act on the channel.
- We handle data from Google APIs as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the typically foreseeable damage. We are not liable for the availability or results of third-party platforms, or for content provided by clients.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date.
